Meaty, meaty balls.

1 pack of pork and beef mince
2 shallots, grated
2 big cloves of garlic
Salt
Bit of Grillamauste
4 tbsp (ish) fine breadcrumbs

  1. Mix everything together – use a stand mixer if you can, and make sure it’s well incorporated. This adds to the texture of your balls.
  2. Fry off a small bit of the mince mixture in a frying pan to check the seasoning. Ya can’t adjust it once it’s all balled up. Or cooked.
  3. Make balls.
  4. Air fry for 10ish mins at 180c.
  5. Serve with gravy and/or lingonberry jam

Goes great with proper high effort mash.

Baked potatoes (stab them and microwave until cooked)
Butter
Cream
Salt

No, there’s no measurements. Just dump loads in. Until you think you’re losing sanity. Then put some more in.

(That’s the butter and cream, not the salt…)

Remove skin from the potatoes, throw the insides into a stand mixer.

Add in butter, cream and salt.

Beat the everloving shit out of it until it looks like a dough rather than mash
