Peanut Noods

The best kind of noods you can recieve after a long day… 👀

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g Chicken
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger (fresh or puree)
  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 Carrot
  • 200g noodles
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 onion
  • 50g peas.

FOR THE SAUCE:

  • 2 tablesp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablesp maple syrup
  • 3 tadesp Soy sauce
  • Pinch of Chilli flakes.
  • 1/4 cup/60ml water

METHOD

  1. Cook noodles as per package Instructions
  2. Add sesame oil to pan over med/nigh heat
  3. Once hot, add chicken,+ (3 ginger garlic till chicken is browned.
  4. Add in Carrots, pepper, & onion + peas
  5. Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl + whisk.
  6. Put the sauce ingredients into a pan and bubble on heat till it thickens.
  7. Add the sauce to the other ingredients and coat thoroughly.
  8. Sprinkle with Spring onions.
  9. Serve + Enjoy!
