The best kind of noods you can recieve after a long day… 👀
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Chicken
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger (fresh or puree)
- 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Carrot
- 200g noodles
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 onion
- 50g peas.
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 2 tablesp Peanut Butter
- 2 tablesp maple syrup
- 3 tadesp Soy sauce
- Pinch of Chilli flakes.
- 1/4 cup/60ml water
METHOD
- Cook noodles as per package Instructions
- Add sesame oil to pan over med/nigh heat
- Once hot, add chicken,+ (3 ginger garlic till chicken is browned.
- Add in Carrots, pepper, & onion + peas
- Add the sauce ingredients to a bowl + whisk.
- Put the sauce ingredients into a pan and bubble on heat till it thickens.
- Add the sauce to the other ingredients and coat thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with Spring onions.
- Serve + Enjoy!
